Key People
Researchers all over the world are engaged in the task of defining and building the cyberinfrastructure that will be necessary for 21st century advances in the biological sciences. Listed below are some of the key people involved in policy considerations that include (1) how to advance those cutting edge research activities and related educational needs, and (2) how to build the infrastructure to support this research to drive innovation and contributions to society. While NSF in general, and NSF BIO in particular, are taking the lead on the overall effort, we anticipate that numerous other agencies will add their voices to the discussion on cyberinfrastructure and the cognizant individuals and their ongoing discussions will be added to our web site.
